 HISTORY:

      Our Company has originated from the PRAMET Company (acting since 1990) and was established in the present form in 1993. While many branches of industry was going through the hard way of restructuring PROMECH started to deal with procurement of all kinds of raw materials and chemical products for the greatest producers in chemical and metallurgical branch both home and abroad.
       At the present time 70% of our turnover is constituted by export (mainly onto the markets of neighbourhood countries). Remaining 30% is constituted by import (mainly from the markets of neighbourhood countries). We have undertaken co-operation with many well-known producers mainly from such countries like: Poland, Czech Republic, Slovak Republic, Italy, Germany, Lithuania, Russia, Ukraine. Apart from that we possess a daughter-company in the Czech Republic, in which we possess 100% shares.


 DEVELOPMENT PROSPECTS:

      The development prospects for both our company and chemical branch are tremendous at the present time. It is connected with unlimited development possibilities of the markets of East Europe and Far-East countries. We are interested in focusing and extending our activity in these countries.
