In 1989 a very important breakthrough took place and Poland entered the times of economic transformation. It meaningly influenced the market activities of many companies and the reconstrution of many industries. In 1990 there was established «PRAMET» which was changed as a result of the privatization into «PROMECH», a business enterprise currently operating on the market.
In those difficult times for Polish industry we engaged in supplying the biggest national and foreign manufacturers from such industries as chemical, metallurgical, food, household chemistry etc with products, semi-finished products and chemical raw materials.

Nowadays about 70% of our turnover is contributed by export, mainly into neighbouring countries in our region. Remaining part is contributed by import mainly from those countries.
We have started cooperation with many well-known providers of products, semi-finished products and chemical raw materials, mainly from Poland, the Czech Republic, the Slovak Republic, Italy, Germany, Austria, Russia, Lithuania, Romania and Ukraine.

In 1997 we decided to enter the Czech market by establishing a company called «CZ PROMECH» in Bohumin in which we possess all shares ( www.czpromech.cz ).

The present market situation ensures us as well as the whole industry of a very good development perspective in the future. One can mention about unlimited opportunities of developing markets of East Europe, Asia and Far-East countries. We are interested in extending a sphere of our influence in those countries.
